Purchase Confirmation:

Your software license will be immediately evaluated and setup by our IT Department from our Sales Department as soon as we receive your payment confirmation. 

Processing Time:

This process typically takes 48 hours, not including weekends, when we are closed. Your software is prepared as a stand-alone network tailored to your specific branding, title, and has its own server structured database, sms launch-pad, & email tailored to your current integrations, and your S3 Bucket which will store all of your Documents and Photos for individual storage and recall. 

Onboarding Timeline:

The Typical Onboarding Process takes about 1-2 weeks in which all transition points are covered on a one-on-one level and video meetings using your software. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Realist8PRO by Invictus Management Holdings Corp (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for property and field service management. All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and grant immediate access to our ERP, onboarding tools, and account configuration.

1. Refunds

Because onboarding and software activation occur immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once your subscription has started.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

Duplicate billing due to a platform error; or

Proven technical failure on our end that prevents account access for more than 7 consecutive days.

Requests for refund exceptions must be submitted within 10 days of the billing date to billing@invictuspro.co.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account dashboard.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew automatically after cancellation.

3. Onboarding & Setup

There are no separate onboarding or setup fees. All training, support, and initial configuration are included in your subscription price.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as payment disputes. Continued access may be revoked immediately upon dispute filing, and any reinstatement will require settlement of the outstanding balance.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly indicated.
